Chapter 1
The Great Dragon Escape
Once, long, long ago there lived three dragons: a frost dragon named Blizzard, a fire dragon named Flame, and a rock dragon named Stone. They once flew over the kingdom of Dwarven (DWAAR-vun) where they were in bitter,brutal bondage. They were held in captivity because they were the only ones left of their kind and the king of Dwarven wanted to obtain their secret of combining powers. But since they could do so, Blizzard froze the bars and Flame unfroze the bars of enslavement so many times that they wore off and collapsed to the majestic creatures’ feet! Now, you must be thinking: what is Stone doing, you haven’t mentioned him at all. Well, he was actually fighting off the brusque guards and the ill-mannered cell construction workers through the horrendous jail’s back glass door by throwing boulders at them and knocking them out. They escaped just in the nick of time. The manager of the cells was just coming ’round the corner of the substantial brick wall when they gracefully soared away. Now the intolerant realm wouldn’t give up. They flew after the rare dragons on battle mechs who swiftly maneuvered in a zig-zag pattern to throw the robot aircrafts off. The team of three took a sharp left into some tall trees and lost the guards. They flew to safety in a large cave and Stone blocked the entrance with a ginormous rock that Blizzard froze in place. Flame found some firewood and started a fire. They decided that if they were going to fight back, they were going to have to find another creature to help them thwart the evil province.
Chapter 2
The Fourth One
what the trio didn’t know was that in the kingdom of Thido (THEE-doe) a lonely griffin named Darkx who was hoping to get out of her iron cage was held in captivity . Luckily, Glow, a small, young fire-fly from Thido who could read minds told the dragons all about Darkx such as where,why,by who. He answered the dragons’ every inquiry. The dragons thanked Glow and took him with them. He made a home in Stone’s left upper back so he wouldn’t freeze to death and he wouldn’t set on fire either! The next day they flew to Thido and landed on the border of Thido and Dreviel Dynasty (DREE-viyel DIY-nus-tee) in a massive underground tunnel. They gave Glow a stolen bobby pin to unlock the door with. When he did, he closed the door to make it look like it was locked but in reality it was unlatched. He swiftly flew back to the border and reported to Stone. Since Stone had the invisibility ability he got Darkx out of the cage without anyone noticing. He took the grateful animal to the hideout and they all flew back to the cave of Dwarven in jubilation. In the cave they were able to construct a whole house! They each had a room. Even Glow had a whole room to himself! It was smaller than the others, but to Glow it was like a mansion! They decided to call this place their home. It was called the mission hideout and they vowed to keep it a secret. This whole time one of the guards had been listening to their every conversation. He reported back the coordinates. The guards flew back to the hideout and tried to bust the walls but they couldn’t because they were made of steel. But since Glow could mind-read, he told Flame about it and they fled the scene while the eavesdropper went to go tell the king. They flew all the way to the other side of the map to the Crevlan Empire(CREV-lun EM-piy-ur).
Chapter 3
Safe At Last ?
The clouds in that league of kingdoms were equivalent to building bricks but they weren’t heavy and they could withstand 1,000,000 pounds! So they picked a hidden spot in the sky and started building their fortress. Glow was working on the top, Darkx and Blizzard in the middle, and Stone and Flame were erecting the well-built base. They started moving in some furniture and soon enough, they were done with the house! By that time nightfall was coming, so the squad needed to eat supper and take shelter for the night. They acquired a magical wand from the heavens that could make them any meal they wanted in just 0.123 Seconds! The dragons had a meat buffet: saute`ed,boiled,fried, and cooked. Darkx had a fish filet buffet. Finally, Glow had five star flies and other bugs. After their scrumptious meal, they went to bed on their extremely soft beds and cloud pillows. They took turns being on guard. The order went like this: Glow,Darkx,Blizzard,Flame, and Stone. They went out to find a watchdog and they came across a white german shepherd named Bolt.
He promised to keep watch over the castle at night and during the day. They all went home and discussed a plan to bring their magnificent house back to Dwarven without any one noticing. They decided to freeze it, then fly it to Dwarven and then unfreeze it. When they got there.They left Bolt at home with chew-toys and went on their way. The gang flew far to find weapons and armor. They eventually found some diamonds and made those necessities. They flew home and decided to take a nap after their long morning. But to his surprise, when Glow woke up, he was all alone in their house. He did have Bolt, who could speak any language in the animal kingdom. The pair decided to go in search of their unfortunate friends.
Chapter 4
Gone!
Sadly, Darkx, Flame, Stone, and Blizzard were sucked into a black vortex which took them to the island of doom. They were there because they had betrayed the league’s law, which was to never take any precious Stone without the great wizard Alovor’s (uh-LO-vor)permission. Somehow, luckily Glow and Bolt didn’t get sucked into the deadly hole. The two went to alovor and asked him where their friends were and he told them that they were in the island of doom. They asked him to send them there but little did they know that alovor was evil! Instead he sent them down the right path but halfway there, he jammed the vortex and the two companions were stuck. Meanwhile, the four castaways were chained up in a dark, gloomy, iron cage by some of alovor’s servants who accidentally objected alovor’s orders and their minds were now controlled by alovor. They had no communication, no access to essentials, basically, no one had anything. It was a rough time for the team, and to make it worse, the guards of the Dwarven cells were working with alovor! They went down to the vortex and chained Glow and Bolt to a random post in the dangerous tunnel. They made their way to the island where the dragons and Darkx were kept in captivity. Then Glow mind-read the guards who were planning to take the beautiful beasts back to the kingdom of Dwarven where the king would be very pleased with another “rare guest” and was planning to turn them into servants. Of course, Glow didn’t want his friends to become servants and neither did Bolt. But what they didn’t know was that Bolt could talk to animals with his mind. But since they were in a vortex,the connection was very weak.It was all up to the dragons to solve this terrible crisis. All the plans they tried failed. They tried enflaming the kingdom,they tried freezing the kingdom,they tried anything and everything and finally,the bruised,beat-up animals were going to “rest” for the night. What they meant by rest was escape! They got ahold of Bolt and told him to come to Dwarven. By then they had chewed away the chains and were right at the edge of the vortex. They made one final leap through the front of the vortex and…
Chapter 5
Not Good Enough
They couldn’t make the leap in time. By then, alovor had figured out what was going on and closed both ends of the vortex. But what he didn’t know was that there was a small hole in the side of the vortex, just large enough so Bolt could fit through with a lot of squishing,squirming,pushing,and pulling. Now they were in space,just space. No gravity, no stars, no moon, no sun, and no planets. Just pitch black. It was cool, yet scary they found an old Dogstronaut’s spare E.M.U, Extravehicular Mobile Unit. Bolt put Glow in the companion compartment that was slightly above his eye. Meanwhile, the dragons and Darkx were forced to do hard labours and were fed scraps of leftover food. The team of two were floating in space and the four friends were in a dark gloomy cell. They were about to give up when a small, high pitch-voiced creature came to the dragons. He had been following them the whole time and said he knew a special way out of Dwarven that only he and his buddies knew of. His name was Billy Bob Joe but he liked to be called BBJ. This creature was called a Huggy, and he looooooves hugs. Obviously. He first led them to meet his friends and family. The Huggys knew all of the secret passages in alovor’s realm. Then they decided to take BBJ with them because in the future, he would be very useful. But the one passage he didn’t know the location to was the passage to Glow and Bolt. They decided to fly up to the cloud castle and take a quick rest and eat so that they could think clearly. Now, they had the most advanced technology so they used their mobile map to mark all the passages that BBJ knew. The only one left was ga5d7910syt4bx65. They went there only to realize that it was closed. Bbj just remembered something: there was another entrance, xgv61h9s3js92flk that led to the same place but took a one hour longer walk. When they got there the whole group rejoiced. But there was something or someone missing. They decided to take attendance. Bbj? Here! Blizzard? Here! Bolt? Woof! Darkx? Here! Flame? Here! Glow? Burning bright! Stone? … Stone?… Stone?!… No answer. He could have be anywhere by then.
Chapter 6
One Missing
Now, Stone was a very intelligent dragon. But at times he could wander off. The six decided to go in search of him. Apparently he was fascinated by the ruderalis plant and was playing in a field of them. Dragon don’t usually play but he was an exception! 🙂 But back to the story, as I was saying, the six went out in search of their “lost” friend.They backtracked their way all the way to their cloud castle. But they still didn’t find him so they waited… and waited some more… and finally knock knock knock. Someone was at the door! It was Stone!
Chapter 7
Together Again!
The only thing they did that day was celebrate. They all felt so happy that they couldn’t sleep! They ate to their heart’s content. They ate mid night snacks and sang songs. They only slept at 10:00 in the morning the next day! It was the best day of their lives!
